San Juan del Rio
Council of Catholic Women
About Us
We are Sisters in Christ. We seek conversations that witness to the saving power of God in our own lives. We are like-minded in our love for Jesus, and yearn to know him more every day.
Through the history of our National Council of Catholic Women, we know that we are called to help women discover:
love of Christ and our faith.
We gather monthly to share and learn from one another; find connections; and experience the diversity and richness of this body of believers. We empower women to bring the Gospel to others through works of Service. We offer retreats and we connect women with opportunities to grow through scripture and study.
“The world doesn’t need what women have, it needs what women are.”
– St Teresa Benedicta of the Cross (Edith Stein)
